My oil burner stopped working on one of the coldest nights in January; it was 19 degrees outside. I called OSI and Mike said that someone would be over soon. That's when Scott Nicholsen arrived. He was very professional and knowledgeable. In no time, he cleaned, repaired and replaced many parts of the boiler. Before he left, the heat was back on and working efficiently throughout the night.

Just a note to tell you ...
On Tuesday afternoon, I called OSI Services because I didn't have heat or hot water. Well. Greg was here almost before I hung up the phone. He was extremely courteous, analyzed the problem and got it fixed. Even though I could have waited until the next day, that didn't matter; you treated me as if I were your most important customer, and took care of the problem. Just another example of your caring, quality and efficiency. I've been with Weyant for 40 years, and my father at least 30 before that, and my uncle Dan Vario also for many years.
The fact that families stay with you certainly says a lot for your company and is a tribute to you.
